It's Back! This is the narcissism hoodie. A few years ago I did the illustration screened on the front and on the hood. I was entitled 'identity.' As the title implies I was exploring art school's favorite theme for students. I know, pretty cliche, but the illustration was dope as hell so I sat with it for a while and decided to revamp, revisit and restudy it. Believe it or not the fact that I photograph myself wearing my clothing is odd to me. It's funny and strangely narcissistic to be one's own 'Huckabees' girl. It kinda started off as a joke and continued out of Convenience and now, well I do it just because...and the biblical reference 'made in his (her) own image' always comes to mind when I do these silly self portraits.
