PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
SHIPPING
All items are packed with love an shipped from Brooklyn, NY. Items are generally shipped USPS Priority. Prints and art work is shipped USPs First Class mail. Upon order you'll receive an email with a shipping conformation #. Most items are made to order so pls allow 1-5 business days for item completion. About 90% of my orders ship the next day though. We run a tight ship over here!If you need your item sooner I can ship UPS or Next day priority convo me and I'll get you a rate of postage
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Pls remember that all duty, customs and international taxes etc are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages that are refused due to customs and duty fees WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Exchanges are done on an individual basis, so please email me before shipping anything back. Please peruse my size charts and measure carefully before you purchase. Each item is created in limited editions (most are made to order). Pls email me if you have any questions about an item before purchasing. Sorry folks, we are too small of a company to offer returns. A store credits will be issued for approved exchange requests. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability. Exchanges and store credits will only be issued for items that have been unwashed, unworn and have the tags. For item returns totaling $150 or more, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Bags, accessories, sale items, items using a discount code vintage items and custom orders are final sale.
Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Please keep in mind that most of the items you are viewing are made by hand, so subtle variances due to sizing and pattern tiling is to be expected. All tees and hoodies are printed on sweat shop free garments. I do my darnest to properly represent all my goodies.
